Ordering

Thank you for choosing Heavenly Treats & Tings. Please take a moment to review our ordering policy before placing your order.

Deposits & Payments

Orders totaling $75 or less must be paid in full at the time of booking.​

For orders over $75, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your order and event date.

No date is secured without payment. Orders without the required payment will be considered incomplete and will not be fulfilled.

Deposits are non-refundable as they go toward purchasing materials and supplies specific to your order.

Deposits are transferrable one time only, and only if your new date is available.

The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before pick-up or delivery. If the final payment is not received by the due date, the order will be canceled.

All payments must be made through our website. Invoices will be sent once your order is accepted.

Rush Orders

Orders placed less than 7 days before the event date may incur a rush fee, which will be added to your total.

Quotes & Processing Time

A custom quote will be sent within 24–48 hours after your order request form is submitted.

Final Sale & Responsibility

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Once the order has been picked up or delivered, it becomes the client’s responsibility.

Care instructions will be provided at the time of pick-up or delivery to ensure proper handling.
