Meet Shantel

A descendant of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and born in Florida, I’ve always carried a deep-rooted passion for creativity. My love for baking began at the age of 14, experimenting with box cake mixes before mastering the art of baking from scratch. One of the best compliments I receive is, “I’m not a sweets person, but I loved your cake!” In January 2021, I officially launched my business with my signature Cruzan coconut rum cake—an instant favorite. For me, baking is more than just a craft; it’s about creating unforgettable moments and bringing joy to others through edible art.
