Cancellation Policy

A valid government issued identification card is required at the time of booking. Participants must submit a clear copy of their ID to heavenlytreatsntings@gmail.com within 24 hours of booking. Failure to provide the required identification will result in cancellation of the class reservation. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your session. All sessions are transferable one time only. A no-show fee will apply for missed sessions without prior notice. All sales are final and non-refundable.
